Where are services held?

We come to you for services!

Some locations have studios available for previews. Please inquire.

Standard travel is included. Covers tolls and travels within 60 miles to and from staff’s home base.

Extended travel is per staff at $1 per mile after 60 miles roundtrip.

Our booking process is designed to be flexible while still ensuring your date is properly held on our calendar. The steps vary based on how far away your event is.

Step One: Book a Preview + Soft Hold

Clients may book a preview which,

  • Places a soft hold on your event date
  • Allows you to meet your artist/s and finalize your look before your event day

Your event day contract and retainer will be due after your preview or by the date outlined below, depending on your event timeline.

If your event is 6+ months away:

  • Book your preview to place a soft hold
  • Sign your contract and pay a 20% event day retainer at 5 months prior to your event date or after your preview.

 

If your event is 3–5 months away:

  • Book your preview to place a soft hold
  • After your preview (or by the listed due date), sign your contract and pay a 30% event day retainer at 12 weeks prior to your event date or after your preview.

 

If your event is 7–12 weeks away:

  • Book your preview to place a soft hold
  • After your preview (or by the listed due date), sign your contract and pay a 50% event day retainer at 7 weeks prior to your event date or after your preview.

 

If your event is less than 7 weeks away:

  • A preview may be booked if availability allows
  • To fully secure your date, you must sign the contract and pay a $600 retainer (or the full balance if less than $600)

 

If You Are Not Booking a Preview

If you choose not to have a preview, a $300 retainer and signed contract are due immediately at the time of booking in order to secure your event date on our calendar.

Important Notes

  • Each required step must be completed to officially secure your event date
  • All retainers are applied toward your event day invoice
  • All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable

Previews for brides for hair and makeup are $300 per person; hair or makeup only is $175. 

Any additional party members who would like to have a preview (i.e mother of bride, maid of honor, etc) hair and makeup are $250 per person; hair or makeup only is $150 per person. 

Additional costs apply when booking your preview on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. 

Travel fees may apply if preview location is more than 60 miles round trip from our service areas. Any parking costs are to be paid by client.

All Preview payments are non-refundable/non-transferable.

If you reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment, the following fees will apply per artist:

$25 – with 72 hours’ notice

$50 – with 48–72 hours’ notice

$75 – with 24–48 hours’ notice

$100 – with less than 24 hours’ notice

These fees help us honor the time reserved for your dedicated artist(s).

We suggest having a preview appointment 3-5 months before your event date.

Yes!

Services include (at no additional cost), if desired: airbrush foundation (must be requested in advance), lashes, extension placement, hollywood waves, down/half/up-dos, and long hair (if length of hair is to waist please inform as additional time and costs may occur). A mini touch-up kit will be provided for the bride. Travel within 60 miles round trip of our service areas are included. 

Along with hair styling and makeup, we offer hair extensions, hair accessories and tattoo coverup (in select cities).

All payments are due 2 weeks before your wedding date.

Payment accepted in AFFIRM, credit/debit, ACH, Apple Pay, and Zelle.

One payment is allowed from client who signs contract. You may collect from others how you wish.

  • Parking – Client will be responsible for all valet/parking day of event for staff if applicable.
  • Any Extended Travel fees will be discussed and listed on proposal/contract prior to event if applicable.
  • Additional Staff Each event will have 1 Hair Stylist and/or 1 Makeup Artist with a minimum of 4 services each or a $95 fee will apply to each staff working (applicable on Saturdays only). If your event requires more than 2 staff or 2 or more of same type of staff a $95 fee will apply to each additional staff. The
    company will determine what’s best for your beauty timeline.
    • Less than 4 Services Each event will have 1 Hair Stylist and/or 1 Makeup Artist with a minimum of 4 services each or fee will apply to each staff working. Applies to Saturdays only.
  • Early Start fees may apply if before 7/8am – please inquire if this applies to you.
  • Add Ons Extra thick and/or long hair – to waist, adding a blowout, adding a curl set to blowout, and tattoo coverup will all be an additional charge and require more time. It is the client’s responsibility to inform prior to event day should anyone require these services.
  • Holidays – If your wedding/event date is considered holiday time for the Company, an additional fee per staff will be assessed.
  • No Bride Fee – Should you wish to book services without any bridal services (applies to any event without a bridal service that is a wedding), there will be a booking fee if wanting package pricing.
  • Minimums for Saturday A $600 minimum applies to Saturdays only./

Final Service Count & Timeline

To ensure we can reserve the perfect beauty team for your day, your final service count is due based on how far in advance you book:

  • Booked 6+ months before your event:
    Final count due 14 weeks prior to your event date

  • Booked 3–5 months before your event:
    Final count due 11 weeks prior to your event date

  • Booked 6–12 weeks before your event:
    Final count due 8 weeks prior to your event date

  • Booked less than 6 weeks before your event:
    Final count is due immediately upon booking

Once your final service count is submitted, services cannot be removed. Additional services may be added up until your event date if availability allows.

Your personalized beauty service timeline, designed to keep your day running seamlessly, will be sent 4–8 weeks prior to your event.

Auto gratuity of 20% will be added to your final invoice. It will be evenly distributed amongst beauticians working your day. You are welcome to leave additional gratuity for your team day directly.

Please allow 45 minutes per person per service for party and 60 minutes for bride per service before any add ons. We will create a detailed beauty service timeline for the event day. Most large parties require 4 to 5 hours of service time.

The makeup artists will need a higher bar height chair or stool (if not available it is up to artist to bring their own) and the hairstylist needs a desk or dining table height chair. Also bottled water please! 

Yes! Lashes are included in all of our makeup services at no additional cost. Please request in advance.

Yes! Airbrush foundation is included in our makeup services at no additional cost. Airbrush foundation must be requested in advance.

If you have a set of lashes you love you’re more than welcome to use your own lashes; however, their is no change in price for your makeup application. 

Everyone in your party should have completely dry hair upon arrival. Clean hair is ideal for most hair textures, washed and blow dried the night before with thicker hair and the morning of with finer hair. If clients have wet hair and require a blow out prior to services, additional charges may occur or they may need to change rotation and come back with hair properly prepared. You may pre-book a blow if desired!

Yes! If extensions are needed for your look, clip in extensions are available for purchase. A hair extension consultation can also be scheduled during or before your trial if you think the style you’re trying to achieve will require extensions. For bridesmaids, please make sure to inform us prior to the event so we may include this in your scheduling.

A blow out should be all you need if desiring a different styled curl than hairs natural state. Please inquire with us further should you feel unsure!
